Because of the special physical properties of waste circuit board, the equipment adopts dry grinding sorting process to recycling the circuit boards. The waste circuit boards will be separated into metal powder and resin fiber powder. Firstly, the waste circuit boards are grinded into the powder mixture of metal and resin fiber. Then wind separator will separate the metal and resin. And dual electrostatic separator would be to further fine sorting resin powder and semi-finished.it will improve the rate of sorting and ruduce losses. To prevent the dust pollution in the regeneration process,there is a pulse dust collector after the wind separator, it can effectively solve dust pollution.
