Peanut Isolate Protein 85% is a plant-based ingredient with a particularly high protein content and a strong amino acid profile. This makes it an excellent substitute for other plants proteins. Peanut protein isolate is manufactured from raw peanut (groundnut). The peanut are cleaned, de-hulled, and grounded. Afterwards, the starch component is then removed using a liquid filtration process, leaving a protein-rich product. This is then dried and standardized, resulting in a cream-yellowish powder with a neutral taste and a characteristic smell.
