Peanut Oil was used as the original sources of fuel for the diesel engine. Oil is an excellent al l- rounder with the advantage of having no marked flavor yet at the same time being quite luscious. Extracted from peanuts (so also called peanut oil) groundnut oil is pale in color and of a light consistency. It has a subtle pleasant flavor and can be heated to a high temperature without burning.
