PEANUT RED SKIN PEELER

We have designed the equipment to remove red skins from roasted and fully dried peanuts. A set of friction rolls with defined speed ratio and regulated speed generate jerks on roasted and fully dried peanuts to remove the loosen skin. By this simple technology our “Peanut Red Skin Peeler” removes red skin from all type peanuts. It doesn’t matter the peanuts are which sized or types. The machine is ideal choice for Snack Food and Coated Flavored Peanut industries. We have two models of the machine P300 and P150 gives capacity of production 250kgs to 400kgs per hour and 150 to 200 KG. Per Hour. Easy to operate and clean design of the machine gives the maximum working hours. Material flow control and speed control of peeling head gives gentle peeling performance. An online instant suction system with blower suck out the removed peeled skin from peanuts as it peels so that we get cleanest blanched peanuts. There is a vibrating sieve for separation of splits and hearts from peeled peanuts. The machine runs with minimum maintenance so it returns maximum value of money.
