Pedal Hot Bar Sealers are used to seal lamination pouches of various widths upto 24 inches. The frame of the machine is sturdy which supports heavy duty production. The jaw of these sealers are made nickel coated iron. There are two types of hot bar sealers available namely diamond hot bar and tram line hot bar sealers. The diamond hot bar sealer makes a dotted impression whereas the tram line hot bar sealer makes serrated lines when sealing. The jaw of the sealer consists of a box or a strip shaped element to heat it. The heating and the sealing time is adjustable as per the thickness of the pouch. The impression made by these machines is prominent. Such machines are used in small to medium sized factories for sealing products like detergent, agricultural produce, salt, chemicals etc.
