sims – py magnetic yoke is a versatile portable equipment for magnetic particle inspection. the unit has a rugged, compact, hand, light weight construction with a molded handle and wear resistant furnish. it provides magnetic field for surface and sub-surface (slightly) flaw detection in ferro-magnetic materials. legs are provided for adjustment of inter pole distance from 50-300mm, to suit differing component contour and is safe for operators for continuous inspection. it can be used for inspection of welded joints as well.
