We have production capacity of over 15 Lac bottles per day, besides we have the required expertise to customize every requirement of our esteemed customers in the packaging industries. At Himalayan, we use world class technology of Nissei ASB, Japan for ISBM and Windsor SPRINT Injection Moulding machines. The products are packed in a Clean Room (Class 10000) under stringent supervision of quality control division. The Single Stage technology ensures that raw-materials to finished products are fully automated with zero possibility of contamination of any sorts.
Recently Himalayan Group of Industries has acquired Mahapet India Pvt. Ltd. which is based in Madhya Pradesh, about 25kms from Bhopal at Satlapur Industrial Area, Mandideep, Phase II on the National Highway to Nagpur which is spread over an area of 2.5 acres. This foray into the primary packaging sector is to build & create a benchmark in the primary packaging industry in every way in a phased manner with PET being the initial thrust area & later on PP.
