PET Rinsers and Fillers Machine

This Triblock machine mounted on single base is ideal for mineral water and PET filling applications. The PET bottles curved on an air conveyor to the infeed of the rinser and after the rinsing process transferred by stars to the filler and capping station. This machine can be supplied in capacities from 12 filling heads to 60 filling heads.

Control Panel:

   Control panel features are user friendly with simplified controls. Equipped with standard make variable frequency drive to protect machine from any hazard with fault display screen & fault diagnostic system makes an ease to operator for any trouble shooting & kepps maintenance down to minimum.

Gears & Drive:

   Solid, Robust alloy gear train designed for simplicity, extremely smooth movement and noise free operation, driven by standard speed reducer gear box.

Construction & Material:

   Complete Solution in Pet Bottling, designed for a wide range of product size with complete stainless steel base structure to avoid any corrosion. All parts coming in contact with product/water are made of SS 304/316 (food grade). Even star housing, shafts and centre column is also made of SS 304. Drip free filling valves as per international standard.

Unique Feature:

   Machine is suitable & could be used for any shape & size ranging between 0.1 L to 2.0 L, and changeover could be done within 5 minutes. Bottle travels on neck to neck from infeed till outfeed resulting scratch free movement of bottle. Accessible for wide variety of products viz. beverages soft drinks, mineral water, oils, medicine & fertiliser etc. No change parts are requires.

Automatic Bottle Rinser RM 132:

   Automatic Bottle Rinser is rotary type designed to handle both glass & pet bottles. It is held at the neck by the gripper head and the opening and closing motion of the gripper is such that it ensures perfect gripping. Heads are of Stainless Steel and gripper head is interchangeable according to neck sizes. The plastic components can withstand cleaning temperature upto 80ºC. The bottles are gripped and guided by the star wheel, thus allowing perfect centering even at high speed. The lever arm sliding on the twist ensuring the overturning of the bottles above the spray nozzles.
