Type : Vertical, SingleDoubleTrippleCylinder Air CooledWater Cooled, totally enclosed, compression ignition, four stroke cycle, cold starting diesel engine.
Combustion System : Direct injection in open type combustion chamber provided in an aluminum alloy piston crown in combination with long stem multihole nozzle, results in low fuel consumption and easy starting.
Fuel systems : Fuel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through an efficient paper element filter, fuel tank capacity 9 liters.
Lubrication : Force feed lubrication to main and large end bearing and camshaft bush. Other working parts are splash lubricated. A bypass filter is provided for cleaning the lubrication oil. Lub. oil sump capacity at higher level mark of dipstick.
Cooling : Engine cooling can be arranged by a run-through water system of radiator or cooling tank. In air cooled engine, engine is cooled by Breeze of air though streamline cooling.

Company Details

The company established and started manufacture of diesel oil body (crankcase) in early 1970 and today it is spread out in an area of 40,000 meters by hard work and painful efforts of Shri Govindbhai Patel, the partner of the company.
The company is shared in two department i.e. one production department and another commercial department, In production division more than 6 cupola furnaces, workshop machineries, turning and grinding shop, testing shop, color shop, assembling shop, packing shop including stores for ready components and dispatch department. And the commercial division handles all the commercial activities.
The company is producing more than 70,000 engines a year and that main important components/parts like body (crankcase) , cylinder head, cylinder block, flywheel, cylinders liners, piston, piston rings and fuel tank are manufactured in the factory. Total production are sold in domestic and international markets
