It is a Co-Polymer of tetrafluoro ethylene (TFE) with a perfluoroalkoxy monomer (PFA). PFA has better mechanical properties than PTFE or FEP. Chemical resistance is excellent similar to PTFE. It is used in the Semiconductor and pharmaceutical applications due to the excellent chemical resistance, high purity, and FDA compliance. This coating is most expensive because of high cost of material & high Temperature processing.
