PFA Coating process is used on products which require hard coating for longer duration. To achieve this GBM has developed the PFA Coating Oven which can cure and harden the coating for longer duration by maintaining the temperature uniformity inside the chamber of the oven.
Application
During this process a set heating temperature should be provided by an operator which suits the Powder coating to settle on the product and deliver a thermosetting finish. A uniform air circulation, temperature uniformity and quality of coating is required for desired finish.
