Our range of flexible silicon hoses which are long lasting in service and are also offered at cost effective prices. These are specifically designed so as to suit applications demanding reduced bending radia and are highly resistant under vacuum conditions.
Application

• Silicone suction and delivery hose designed for handling high purity products, food products and alcoholic beverage concentrated to 96%.

• Normally used in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic processes.

• Considering the critical level of application in sterile environments, the MTG Clearway hose is produced with utmost care

• Starting from the accurate selection of high-purity ingredients to the specific production and stock procedures and the final curing of the product after vulcanisation to remove any residue.

• Specifically designed to suit applications demanding reduced bending radia.

• Efficient and highly resistant under vacuum conditions.

• Autoclavable

Construction Tube:
Silicone rubber, translucent, food and pharmaceutical grade, odourless and tasteless with mirror-like finish, smooth.
Reinforcement :
High resistance polyester plies.
Built-in spiral from stainless steel AISI 304.
Cover:
Silicone rubber, translucent, food and pharmaceutical grade, odourless and tasteless. Smooth with glossy finish.
Non-particle generating version compared to cloth finish. It can easily be cleaned with any detergents.
Temperature Range
From-60°C upto + 180°C.
Sterilisation at +135°C with steam, at +180°C with hot air for a maximum time of 30 minutes.
Norms
Silicone complying with F.DA and European Pharmacopeia (IV Ed., P.3.13).
Non-cytotoxic according to ISO 10993 Part 5, USP XXVI Ed.2003.
