Boinns Bin blenders are used mainly for blending of dry powders for tablet and capsule manufacturing process, which facilitates better flow for tablets and capsules. This is a closed contained, totally dust free single step transfer system. It can handle more than one size of container (Bin).

Conta Blender has a flexibility of Batch Volume. Varying size of containers can be mounted on a drive console which is equipped which clamping arm. Batch size variation achievable in 3000 Liters. Model for example, is from 5 Liters to 3000 Liters. using different sizes of containers. The mixing efficiency is better than the other type of tumbling blenders like Double Cone, 'V' or Octa as they rotate in a diagonal and in a eccentric plane. It shuffles the product intimately resulting in homogeneous blend within 5-20 min.
