Pharmacology Equipment

Teaching of Experimental Physiology and Pharmacology in India, which till the last decade, was considered at par with the advanced countries of the world, has unfortunately lagged behind with the introduction of Electronics Experimental techniques in the rest of the world, including the developing countries. In India this aspect of Physiological and Pharmacological experimentation is still carried out with Electro-mechanical Devices. These have inherent disadvantages in the interpretation of sensitive recordings, their lack of capabilities for experiments in Human Physiology, and in the proper evaluation of action of drugs.
