Phe Heat Exchanger, Packaging Type : Bottling for Milk Pasteurization

IDEF Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE) are incredibly efficient for energy usage in milk pasteurisation. During pasteurisation, milk is heated to a high temperature and then quickly cooled before bottling or packaging to keep it fresh for longer. This process makes the milk safer to drink by killing the bacteria.
The different layers of plates help in transferring the heat. The plate is held at a fixed place and there is a loose pressure plate that makes the unit complete. With a transfer plate, there is the availability of a gasket, along with 2 separate channels. The design plate of the heat exchanger is beneficial for the dairy industry.
