CLINGTECH - 70 Is a high concentrate of higher molecular weight Polyisobutylene tackifier in Polyolefin’s It is used as a cling agent to make stretch wrap films from LLDPE or LDPE, Clingtech - 70 Is based on advance Polyolefin’s it contains the blend of PolyIsobutylene & Special additive dispersed in the polymer made in the “Advanced” or State of art Machineries to give excellent performance in extreme climatic conditions. It is high Cling (Sticky) content in the Compound with advance ingredients matrix achieves the excellent cling property, It is a dry free-flowing granule
USAGE OF CLINGTECH-70
Is designed to produce stretch film from LLDPE, LDPE or other polyolefin’s for the applications of Stretch Film for Higher cling properties it can be used in both blown and cast film process “Machine Grade Stretch Wrap Film “
Polymers used with Clingtech-70 must be not contain any slip or anti block additives or have a density higher than 0.923 as this will prevent the migration of the cling additive. Migration time for good cling properties is 24 to 36 hours.
Clingtech–70 Is available in the granule form which is very easy to handle as against the direct dosing of liquid which is very difficult & tedious to handle due to high viscosity. our PIB COMPOUND distributes very uniformly over the entire film imparting the strength & tackiness properties to the film with self adhesive properties.
