These Pilled Ground Plated Bars are used in pneumatic hydraulic cylinder shaft, column, plastic injunction & blow molding machine, fitness equipment auto machine and precision shaft. These Pilled Ground Plated Bars are used as a component in various machines like hydraulic & pneumatic cylinders, plastic molding machines, paper manufacturing machines, etc. Our Pilled Ground Plated Bars are appreciated for dimensional accuracy, high strength, precise finish, high tolerance, etc.

Material : en-8 d c-45 (other material like en.9 en.l 9en.24 etc. Can be used) as per customer requirement
Standard Size : 8mm to 150mm above 150mm can be ordered
Standard Length : cut to customer length up to 7000mm hard
Chrome plating thickness : 25 to 30 micron
Surface roughness : better than ra-0.2.
Chrome surface hardness : 850 to 1000 hv
Straightness : 0.1 per meter max. OD tolerance
