Pilling Tester

We are one of the foremost Pilling Tester manufacturers and exporters in the domestic market. Available in two and four box models with template, 8 rubber tubes and jig/fixture, these are used to test the pilling of the textile fabrics.
Design specification:

• Comprises of two cubical boxes with their inner walls lined by 3mm thick cork sheet
• A motor is fitted, which is used to rotate the boxes in the horizontal axis
• For stopping the tester after pre-determined number of revolutions a pre-set digital counter is provided
• A template, metal cylinder, comprising Jig and 8-rubber tuber
• Bright chromes plating & metallic painting for corrosion resistant finish
