Pilot Operated Relief Valves

we are offering pilot operated relief valves. pilot operated relief valve has a variety of structures. figure 6.9 is a typical three sections concentric structure pilot relief valve, which consists of two parts by a pilot valve (pilot valve) and the main valve (main valve). the valve principle shown in figure 6.10.
a pilot valve cone, on the main valve orifice (fixed orifice) 5 and regulator spring 9 together constitute the partial pressure of the pilot stage half-bridge type pressure negative feedback control, accountable to the main valve on the chamber 6 is provided through after the pilot valve regulator main stage command pressure p2. the main spool is the master comparator circuit, acts on the end face of the main spool instruction force p2a2, a lower end surface of the main circuit as a load, the feedback force acts p1a1, which force the valve body can be driven to adjust the overflow port size, and finally achieve the purpose of the regulator inlet pressure p1 and regulated.
