The shotblasting machines for the treatment of the tubes are divided into two categories:
Tunnel rotating conical rollers (diabolo) that allow the pass-rotation of the tube inside the tunnel: Full solution include: load roller conveyor, machine body and the discharge roller conveyor. The turbines are positioned on the high shot blasting tunnel area in appropriate number according to the travel speed (productivity required) and of the diameter of the tubes to be treated. You can achieve complete shot blasting tubes islands of loading and unloading stores to ensure the maximum automation and productivity.
Translating Shuttle blasting pipes with a fixed location: Full solution, completed with No. 2 tested-door fixed tube and shuttle translating on binary solution. This solution allows to leave the tube stationary in a fixed position and will be the shotblasting shuttle to fulfill the run for the entire length of the tube going to blasting it in every part. Translating shuttle is equipped by nr. 3 or nr. 4 turbines as a function of the diameter of the pipe to be treated. This solution is adoptable for limited production and when the available spaces are reduced. The overall dimensions of the tube longer corresponds approximately pack size of the entire sandblasting system.
