Pipe Flaring Machine

This machine manufactured by PRECIMAKE AUTOMATION is designed for tube flaring machine. The machine operation is controlled by PLC based control panel. Through HMI flaring time will be set.
a. Switch ON the control panel power supply.
b. Ensure inlet Air Supply of 5 bar.

SEQUENCE OF OPERATION 
1. Set the flaring time from HMI and load all child parts carefully
2. If home condition not satisfied before cycle start the machine will indicate the fault ( buzzer will turn on ) simultaneously HMI will display the fault occurred
3. Before cycle start insure that operators hand will be removed 
4. On cycle start Flaring cylinders goes down 
5. After flaring time it will goes up 
6. Machine is ready for next cycle
