The plant consisting of single screw extruder with a specially designed screw made of alloy steel chrome and polish for the smooth function of material and a barrel made of high tensile alloy duly nitrated for longer life, ground and honed and fit with suitable drive motor, hopper, die & nozzle of coating, heater, temperature controller cabinet.
