Techno Futura manufactures complete line of engineered equipment for the pipeline construction industry. We have qualified welding procedures and welders for all the commonly used materials & thicknesses for the manufacture of pipeline equipment. We have a full time QA/QC team to ensure that the fabrication and welding are as per international standards as well as the specific requirements of individual clients. • PIG LAUNCHER AND RECEIVER

  To complement our range of supply of process equipment, we have the in-house engineering, manufacturing and testing capacity to produce pig launching and receiving equipment of any sizes. Pig Launcher & Pig Receivers comes with the standard type pig signal indicator, quick opening end closure and nozzles. This includes simple barrel launchers and receivers through to complete skid mounted units that include actuated valves, instrumentation, pig signallers & control systems.

  SPLIT TEE & SPLIT SLEEVES

  We can design and fabricate hot tap fittings- split tees and split sleeves. We use pressure vessel grade materials for these fittings, to match with the strength requirements of existing pipelines.

  PIPE RACKS AND SUPPORTS

  We have complete fabrication capabilities to handle the lightest and heaviest of materials possible for pipe racks and supports, access platforms, ladders and any other general fabrication needs.

  DESIGN CAPABILITY

  Techno Futura engage highly qualified technical consultants for all design phases associated with pipeline equipment and structural steel works.

  FABRICATION
  Apart from normal fabrication, we can also fabricate pipeline equipment suitable for sour service requirements of Oil and Gas Industry by sourcing of sour service grade materials and by implementing stringent quality control requirements to match with the critical nature.

  MAINTENANCE
