At Airpack our wide experience in manufacturing makes us to be a reliable source for Compressor Pistons and Rods. We provide a wide range of Pistons and Rods for different type of Compressors.

Pistons are made of Alloy Aluminum or Cast Iron as per the requirements and as per the application of the compressor and we can also manufacture as per the customer requirement of special materials available in the market.

Rods are made on precision machines and are Induction hardened or special coated as per the requirements for different applications.

Grinding of all Rods are done for excellent finish and also we do only Thread Rolling on the Rods to give extra strength.

Reverse Engineering can also be done for Pistons and Rods. We have laboratory for analyzing of the material and in-house drawing facility, which makes easy for us to select the correct material and manufacture.
