Pl-1 Wire Rope Fatigue Testing Machine

1.    Performance Characteristics:
a)      The fatigue cycles can be set and displayed;
b)     You can set pause cycles number for checking the specimen;
c)      With forward, reverse, jog function (makes it easy to adjust the swing arm mounting position of the specimen);
d)     Within automatic stop function, when reach the set number, the testing machine will be closed down;
e)     In the process of test, the test machine will be shut down when wire rope fractures, and keep the numerical count;
f)      Uninterrupted fatigue number of wire rope can reach the maximum count to 9,999,999;
g)     The wheels are made of ductile cast iron, wear resistance, hardness reaches HB220, the wheel groove surface roughness less than 0.8μm;
h)     The max. test frequency is 50 cyclemin, and you can set the test frequency according to the test requirement;
i)       The testing machine can test wire rope specimen range from Φ6mm to Φ16mm, it also can be customized;
j)       Each testing wheel and driven wheel has 2 notches for 2 different diameter of wire rope specimen. It is easy to replace and fix the specimen on the testing machine;
k)      The testing machine standards with several kinds of weight for you to change the counterweight of different diameter of wire rope. Including 50kg * 3 pcs, 10kg * 10pcs, 5kg * 6pcs, 1.5kg * 4 pcs, 1kg * 4 pcs;
