Plain Abrasive Cloth Disk

Manufactured by using specially treated Aluminum Oxide Grains added with anti loading and clogging agent and bonded in Resin/Glue/Resin (Bond Code – BX 63) and Resin Over Resin (Bond Codes – BX 99, BX 45) bonds backed with heavy weight cotton cloth and extra heavy weight Poly-Cot cloth backings. This ensures superior resistance to loading resulting in longer life and ability to withstand at high pressure during the operation.

Applications –

• These discs are mainly used for finishing wooden patterns in foundries.
• Metallographic specimen preparations in metallurgical laboratories and steel smelting units.
• Sanding of fiberglass etc.
