Masuraj Garments Pvt. Ltd. has a combined experience of +25 years in the field of manufacturing uniforms and garments. We started with manufacturing uniforms for oil refinery companies like RIL and ONGC in 1990. Manufacturing coverall (boilersuit), shirt, pant, lab coat, and various other uniforms. Slowly we got hold of growing into manufacturing uniforms in the fields of shipping logistic and oil drilling and hospitality (Hotels and Restaurant) since 1994. Growing our product list from safety uniforms, to regular uniforms like blazer, shirt, trouser, apron, chef coat, chef hat, nurse uniform, doctors coat, etc.
Over a period of time we received request from brands who were looking at manufacturing (job work) services. In 2004 we started manufacturing for a local export brand in Mumbai and slowly growing the list. Understanding that the export garments (apparel) segment is completely different from the uniform segment, we built a new manufacturing setup. In 2016 we took a leap manufacturing for high end premium brands, in and around Mumbai. Some of the brands that we manufacture for are Zoe, Elle Belle, Emblaze, Pink Peacock Couture, Devotie, etc. We are further expanding rapidly and looking at manufacturing garments for designers (Ethnic, Western and Couture).
At Masuraj Garments Pvt. Ltd. quality with timely delivery has been the road to success. We have a rigorous QC evaluation which helps us maintain as per international standards. We provide fabrics which are tested by the Indian Textile Committee, while our manufacturing setup meets all the needs as per international standards, to develop further leads from foreign clients. We manufacture almost every possible apparel from western, ethnic and couture. By 2020 we are looking at increasing our production capacity to 950,000 pcs a month from our new setup.
