ARS Fabrics P Ltd®, established in June 2005, is a new beginning in the fabric manufacturing arena with a vision of producing world class quality textile fabrics. Our mill is well-equipped with the state-of-the-art production lines with Shuttleless Toyota Airjet Looms in Weaving sector. The latest technology in Airjet looms machineries are installed, with a fully computerized production monitoring system.
Our Mill is located about 16 kms from Namakkal in the Namakkal – Tiruchengode State Highway, with 15 acres of land in Elanagar Village to promote a social cause of, “Enabling Progress through Enterprise”. The plant is to close to the major fabric consumption centres like Erode and Karur.
We initially started with 12 Toyota Airjet JAT710 model looms with 8 cam and 4 crank model machineries installed with High Tension power supply and supported by Genset backup. Though it is a relatively new venture, an excellence in customer satisfaction, perfection in our products leads us to extend our weaving sector to 24 JAT710 model looms and 24 JAT810 model looms with wind mill for renewable energy source.
Carefully planned and laid out machinery set up with a fully automated Batliboi Humidification Plants for maintaining standard RH level. The mill is entirely equipped with DVR monitoring system for 24 hour control over the production online. We are producing 3 lakh meters of quality fabric per month with ranges from 20 s count to 100 s counts for both warp and weft. Also with various yarn like cotton, polyster, lycra and slub.
