We manufacture full range of gears for these world class printing machines. The range includes Impression Gear, Transfer Gear, Plate Cylinder Gear, Blanket Gear, Swing Drum Gear, Ink Rider Gear, Double Gear, Cup Gear etc.
The material used in these gears is Grey Cast Iron. The grade of the casting is 210 FG 220. The gear is seasoned through latest machine seasoning. We ensure that each and every gear manufactured by us meet all the quality standard and the casting is free from any defects like blowholes sand particles and has its proper hardness.
The gears are machined on the latest tool room machines such as latest machining centers, Face grinding machines from WMW GEARMANY. The slotting and other drilling process is done on TOS make milling machine from Czech. Republic. The teeth cutting is done on the latest Maag Gear generator newly imported from Switzerland that gives and gear accuracy of less than 5 microns.
