Planetary Concrete Mixer

The concrete mixer produce high quality concrete with high speed and reliability. The main body is wider than most, to ensure that its multiple-star hybrid action can be the fastest and most complete mixing of full-size batches without dead zones. A more thorough mix uses less cement, saving money and making it an environmentally friendly option. Large, fully sealed discharge doors and shovel-type paddles can easily discharge SCC concrete. In a planetary (or countercurrent) design, one or three hybrid stars (depending on the size) rotate individually and rotate around the center point, allowing each arm to be rotated multiple times to cover the entire mixer floor. This powerful mix is fast and thorough, and for most types of concrete, after adding water, the mixing time is 30 seconds or less. The result is a more specific hourly rate for a factory of the same size, with better consistency and greater strength, or, on the other hand, a saving of cement that can be paid for a blender in a short time.
