Usage:
chemical fiber agglomerator machine is applied for plastic chemical fiber (pppe plastic film, pet polyester, pet polyester film, polyester silk cloth, silk cloth waste polypropylene waste recycling) recycling and granulating, high granulation, is one of the necessary granulation equipment, it can meet different production requirements.
Using the principle of friction heat, it can crush and granulate various forms, thermoplastic film directly one time, which is ideal and fast auxiliary machinery. The waste products of thermoplastic plastic film and a wall thickness of less than 2mm can be granulated directly; it can be used for soft pvc, low pressure polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene and other plastic waste products or films agglomerating, and also used for expanded polystyrene waste product agglomerating.
Working principle:
chemical fiber agglomerator machine with a three-phase asynchronous motor as the driving force, through the triangle belt transmission, make the rotor blades which are fastened on the blades discs and fixed blades on the pot body form a rotary shear.
The plastic film which is put into the pot can be repeatedly crushed, due to the high-speed rotation of the rotary blades disc, the crushed plastic film scraps forms a vortex state under the action of centrifugal force.
The frictional heat generated between the materials and materials between the material and the pot wall of slight plasticization, and then materials are sticked together into granules after cooled by adding water suddenly.
