Dried Onion, Shelf Life : 6months

Onions are generally dried from an opening moisture content of about 86% (wb) to 7% (wb) or less for efficient storage and processing. Apart from the onion as such even, the stalk is edible. The stalk contains a good amount of carotene and iron.
