Uses :

• After a hectic day apply it on back, neck or forehead after diluting with peppermint oil for a relaxing effect.
• Add with your moisturizer and apply it on the skin to eliminate spots, wrinkles, and blemishes from the skin. For better results use daily.
• Combine with Vetiver and apply to the bottoms of feet to help calm emotions.

Directions for Use :

• Diffusion - Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
• Topical use - Apply one to two drops in the desired area. To reduce the sensitivity of the skin, use it with coconut oil.
• Internal use - Add one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.

Cautions : Do not drop oils directly in the ear canal or eyes and sensitive areas. Avoid direct application on the skin if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor's care, consult your physician.
