plastic castable is a two part acid proof monolithic concrete that protects floors, tanks, stacks, chimneys etc from corrosive acids & its fumes. It resists sulphuric, hydrochloric, nitric & most other acids of ph 0 to 7. Concrete & bindex liquid can easily be mixed at site. It can be gunned, layed, or casted very easily at site. It is non – exothermic with chemical setting hence the concrete can be put to service within 6-8 hours after laying, however, where time permits air drying upto 24 hours is preferred. The usual thickness ranges form 1 to 4 inches depending upon service conditions.
