Plastic Extrusions

Plastic extrusions are a high volume manufacturing process where raw plastic pellets are melted and formed into a continuous profile. TSG, Inc. extruders all have automated and computerized saws that allow the extrusion to be cut while the extrusion line is moving. Our equipment can extrude a variety of different materials, such as Acrylic and Polycarbonate resins.
