Such as automotive products, plastic products, stationery, books, electronics, circuit board, mp3, vcd, crafts, photo frames and other wood products, toys, pesticides, daily necessities, food, cosmetics, canned beverages, dairy, pharmaceutical, cassette and videotapes and other products.
The pof hot shrink film blowing machine adopts multi-layer(five layer, three layer) co-extrusion type. The film tube downward blowing and get though gauge system and fixing shape water ring,and then blow up secondary. The heating furnace adopts imported infrared ceramic heater. The temperature controlling system adopts proportional control system, which can automatic test environmental temperature and adjust the heating temperature ratio, to reach the character of heating fast and high precision in controlling temperature. The machine is controlled by computer with two touch screens which are convenient for operating. The machine can speed up on line to reduce the waste of changing film specification and re-blowing so that increase yield. The machine equip with infrared gauge system on line to increase the thickness precision.
