Red ABS Plastic Granules

Red ABS Plastic Granules are thermoplastic resin pellets composed of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, known for their strength, rigidity, and impact resistance. These granules are uniformly pigmented in red, offering high surface gloss, color stability, and excellent aesthetic appeal in molded products. Suitable for injection molding, extrusion, and thermoforming, they process efficiently at temperatures ranging from 190°C to 250°C, depending on the grade and equipment. ABS is mildly hygroscopic and typically requires pre-drying to prevent surface defects, with a recommended drying temperature of around 80°C for 2–4 hours. These granules exhibit good dimensional stability, chemical resistance to oils and acids, and high thermal performance in ambient to moderately elevated conditions. Common applications include automotive interiors, electrical housings, consumer goods, and appliance parts. They do not require electrical input and are processed mechanically through heated machinery. The resulting surface finish is smooth and durable, with the red color providing visual distinctiveness.
