Plastic Overmolding Services

With a specialty in overmolding, Tetra Mold & Tool, Inc. offers plastic overmolding and insert molding services using our 6 vertical shuttle presses. The capabilities of our 500 ton injection molding machine are also ideal for heavy-duty overmolding of industrial parts, hooks, handles, and similar parts. All of our presses are capable of producing molded parts formed around metal, or another pre-molded part for a high quality, one piece construction.
Our molding capabilities include a maximum 60 oz. shot size and capacity of 32" between bars, with up to a 28" x 28" mold size. We work with most plastic: ABS, PEEK, HTPELDPE, and more.
