Plastic Pipe Gaskets and Cast Iron Coupling Gaskets

UP&R produces Plastic Pipe gaskets, and cast iron coupling gaskets from a variety of polymers. The majority of gaskets are produced using polyisoprene and EPDM, but some are produced from neoprene, nitrile, or silicone, depending on the soil conditions at the job site and other specific job requirements.
UP&R’s gaskets for the corrugated plastic pipe market meet ASTM F-477 standards. Based on customers joint details, UP&R develops and manufactures these gaskets to seal the joints.
With in-house die development and control of all manufacturing processes, UP&R controls all aspects of development, manufacture, and quality assurance.
