Plastic Welding Gun, Power : 25000W

Principle: ultrasonic welding systems are based on friction principles. High frequencyn vibrations generally 20khz vibrations are given to 02 thermoplastic independent jobs.
The vibrations are range is 40 microns to 140 microns.
The pressure is applied along eiht vibrations which will make friction.
This will led to melding of thermoplastic which further led to joining of plastic parts.
Ultrasonic welding is very popular method of joining plastics is todays industries.
Mostly all thermoplastics are being welded by ultrasonic.
Various injection moulded parts are welded at great speed with less cost
Fabrics with thermoplastic contents also eidely welded, cut by ultrasonic vibrations.
