GALAXY AS04P is Calcium Carbonate filled Poly Propylene Based master batch developed for Woven Sacks Bag by applying the reinforcing properties of Ultrafine Calcium Carbonatee & Carrier Resin with higher M.F.I. to provide the better mechanical properties to Tape & Woven Sacks Bags. Sivathene A-Aid is added along with the polymer to prevent the fibrillation of Tapes manufactured in Raffia Tape Line. It is suitable for Poly Propylene and its properties are showing excellent performance even in adverse conditions.

Recommended Applications:

GALAXY AS04P has been recommended for Higher Denier Raffia & Moulding applications up to 60% as per end product use.

Material Characteristics:

AS04P provides satisfactory Opacity, Whiteness and Brightness in final product.
Reduces cost by Replacing the Equivalent Amount of Polymer.

Process Condition:

Storage: The Bags Must be Kept in a dry condition and away from source of Heat, Ignition and Two Feet from wall. Bag must be kept sealed.
Handling: Handle with care. Please does not use hook for material movement . 
Packing: Material will be supplied in the packing of 25 kg Bag with liners. Packing may be varying from region according to local requirements.
