Berlia HDPE Duct are manufactured as per G.R. No. GR/CDS-08/02. Nov 2004 (Supersedes G.R. No. G/CDS-08/01. Dec 99) from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. Permanently Lubricated HDPE Ducts are manufactured by co-extrusion technique and the base raw material used is High Density Poly Ethylene. The grade of raw material is ultra violet grade confirming to IS:7328 1992 and IS:2523 and is designated as PEELA 50T 012 (CACT Approved) and inner layer is permanently lubricated with material of DOW Coming grade 50MB002.

Applications
COM-line Ducts are suitable for installation in the field dirt trenches, under sidewalks, roads, within communication networks, between communication centers and between cities. They can also be used in branch networks between cells, distribution cabinets, poles, in walls and within subterranean networks of homes, allowing the insertion of communication cables-optical or copper, as well as TV/cable aluminum coaxial cables. Cables can be inserted in through the pipe by blowing, with an internal air-pressure up to eight bars.

We use Spiral Mandrel technology for Extrusion Process, which makes the inner surface of pipe smooth and equally disperses the flow of material.
Our Production unit is capable to handle flow of both Raw Material and Finished Goods of approx. 11.5 Metric Tonnes per day as certified by Government recognised Inspection Houses.
With the production facility we also cater the most advanced computerised Laboratory which has Latest Equipments which are used for testing Pipes on a regular interval so that no such pipe which does not meet standards are shipped to the buyer.
