It sleek aluminum body helps to withhold the heat generated from internal system and the diffuser is made from a very strong fiber making it most durable. You must be wondering why aluminum body is being used in 12w but not in other variants, the answers to this is that with higher wattage capacity generates more heat and if not absorbed in time. The heat will impact the durability by damaging the internal PCB, and wirings thereby reducing the overall life of the bulb.
