Pneumatic Impulse Sealing Machine

Our Pneumatic Impulse Sealing Machine is mounted on wheels. It needs 0.77 Sq.mts. of area. The normal Machine is equipped with normal temp. D.M. water Cooling System and the Cycle time is 6-12sec / pouch. This Machine will have to be run by 1 Operator per Jaw and each Operator will be sealing 2 pouches at a time. A three Hp. Compressor is needed to run 1 or 2 machine at a time. Though 3Hp Compressor is little over rated, which will avoid pressure drop and bad sealing. An addition of Chilling unit will bring down the Cycle time and avoid the replacement of water at every batch (600 stroke, water should be below 40 deg. Cent.). Machine to be connected to input power by 2.5 Sq.mm Wire. MCB should not be used to power this Machine.
