Technical Specifications

CONSTRUCTION LINING : Uniform seamless lining made from a blend of natural and synthetic rubber compound. In addition, for Type-3 hoses lining is resistant to oil mist.

REINFORCEMENT: Piles of woven textile or braiding of high strength synthetic fiber.

COVER : Smooth or cloth-marked finish, abrasion and weather resistant natural rubber compound.

LENGTH : The Hose above 25MM sizes are mostly available in 20 Mtrs and made on Mandrel. Moulded braided hoses in continuous lengths.

COLOR : Red, Blue, Green, Black, Grey, Yellow.

SAFETY FACTOR : 1 :3 (W.P 200/300 PSI : B.P 600/900 PSI) or 1:4 (W.P 200 PSI : B.P 800 PSI)
