Poly Tubing Impulse Sealers

Layflat Poly Tubing can simply be cut to desired size and when used in conjunction with our heat sealers, bags can be made to any length. Layflat Polyethylene Tubing is available in widths from 1" to over 8' and in gauges from .001 - .008mm. Custom sizes, colors and various additives available on request.
This convenient sealer heat seals bags up to .006mm thickness. It can convert Poly Tubes into various size bags. This heavy duty sealer comes with timing light, timing signal (for dwell time), teflon sealing strip and replaceable parts.
This time-saving, energy efficient unit is available in 8", 12", 16" and 24" Polyethylene Tube models.
