A highest quality poly carbonate plastic panel shutter with 100% transparency.
The slats are made of multiple 83mm x 300mm x 3.7mm thick uv treated poly-carbonate panels assembled in extruded aluminum alloy hinges to form a roll-able shutter curtain. Reinforced ribs provide high impact strength and prevent the panels from getting scratched or damaged as the slats roll over each other. The hinge strips are made out of extruded aluminum in powder coated finish.
The side rails are cold roll formed to form a U shape with strengthening ribs, by using 1mm thick superior g.i. Steel. Two pvc strips mounted on the lips of the guides provides noiseless and grease-less operation. A concealed locking plate is mounted inside the side rail for safe locking.
