polycoated paper is manufactured by laminating kraft paper with poly laminated film. The resin we use to coat with is ldpe/lldpe. We provide imported paper, fibre paper and regular paper for polycoating. All of our papers and resins are fda approved and can be used with direct food contact. Polycoated kraft paper or poly kraft paper is available in roll or sheet form and in various thickness ranging from 40 to 250 gsm base paper. White polycoated paper and brown polycoated paper is available as per customer requirement.
application & additional features
poly coated kraft paper is used for various applications for wrapping food products, dona cups and plates, boxes etc. They provide moisture and barrier protection in heat and cold to the packed products.
