The main features
1. Screw is lengthened, frequency and pressure regulating instruments are imported brands
2. Melt-stay time is short, there is not dead corner for cleaning of energy-saving spinning beam, melt piping system is equipped with a static mixer for good mixing homogenizing effect.
3.Spinning beam is specially designed, can not only spin single-color yarn but also three-color yarn.
4.Top-mounted spinning back, which is easy for workers to make spinning operation. Big-face spinneret makes it possible to spin fine yarn. Screw is with appropriate L/D ratio.
5.Slow cooling is to improve the quality of yarn.
6. Chamber quenching system, air is uniform and stable, with quick cooling device which is good for filament.
7.The pre-filter device can improve the life span of both spin back and metering pump.
8.Using special automatic winder for BCF, high bobbin winding handover rate, low waste yarn, easy forming.
