The main features
 
1. Using pin screw, AC Variable Frequency Drive technology
2. Melt residence time is short, no dead-corner energy-saving spinning beam, melt piping system is equipped with a static mixer and good effect of mixing & homogenizing.
3. Bottom-mounted spinning back, whose board is bigger; it is good to spin fine yarn.
4. Equpped with shortened “delayed height” slow intercooler, with adjustable oil spray cluster bit glib, with imported yarn-guiding system and oil pump.
5. Uniformity and stability of the cooling device for the quenching chamber
6. Double biphenyl HTM heating system makes the temperature of spinning pack slightly higher than the melt pipe and pre-filter which is to reduce the viscosity to help spinning.
7. Using automatic or semi-automatic winder, the bobbins can be replaced automatically or manually.
